AP Transformation Lead - Shared Services

EA First is seeking a senior transformation lead to design and mobilise an AP shared services model for a FTSE 250 client in the UK. You will define scope, governance, roles and a transition plan, and manage readiness, cutover and stabilisation.

You will standardise processes across Group and regional finance teams, work with Finance, IT and Procurement on system changes, and lead stakeholder communication, training and adoption to ensure new processes operate effectively.
