AP Services Supervisor - ETF

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is a global financial services firm known for premium service and specialist expertise. This role is responsible for the day to day operations of the AP Services team and works closely with our client base on queries, projects, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Filter and escalates client and authorized participant requests; act as an escalation point for client service issues and deliverables.
• Establish and maintain appropriate contacts within client organizations and internal departments.
• Anticipate and identify clients' needs in order to match BBH products and services to those needs.
• Build overall credibility and foster trust with clients.
• Coordinate and follow up on client meetings and deliverables.
• Exhibit a sound understanding of BBH and industry products and services.
• Develop key internal relationships to proactively aid in the resolution of client issues.
• Lead and participate in inter departmental committees and project teams.
• Manage performance issues and disciplinary process for employees falling below set expectations.
• Complete and oversee the BBH annual performance review process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Deep expertise in fund accounting and financial products to deliver outstanding client service.
• Experience in daily mutual fund accounting activities, with strong understanding of portfolio impacting aspects such as portfolio hedging, performance fees, or dilution levies.
• Highly team oriented, committed to the best interests of the company and the team, passionate about what you do.
• Ability and willingness to step outside your role to add value wherever you can.
