Anti-racism Project Officer

We are looking for an Anti-racism Project Officer to support staff recruitment and staff development, focusing anti-racism and inclusion.
In this role, you will:
- Work with colleagues and networks to support strategic Equity, Diversity and Inclusion priorities (EDI)
- Develop resources and deliver training to colleagues
- Support projects promoting equity in staff recruitment practices
We'd like to hear from you if you:
- Have experience of delivering EDI initiatives in staff recruitment and/or training and development
- Are demonstrably committed to anti-racism and inclusion
- Want to use your skills to drive impactful change

Salary: £41,064 - £46,049 per annum (Grade 6)
This role is eligible to be offered on a blended working basis, meaning that as well as spending time working on campus you may spend some time working from another location, e.g. your home.
