Project description

This project involves the customization and development of the central Human-Machine Interface (HMI) display for an advanced in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) system. The Android applications aim to provide a visually appealing and user-friendly interface for vehicle users, allowing interaction with various car functionalities, entertainment features, navigation systems, and more.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer HMI for IVI using Kotlin.

Skills

Must have

• Experience with Android, Kotlin, Linux, and communication skills.
• At least 2+ years of experience developing features in Java or Kotlin.
• Knowledge of API service connection paradigms.
• Understanding of client/server architectures.
• Familiarity with HMI development standard methodologies.
• Understanding of CI/CD, Git, GitHub.

Nice to have

• Open-mindedness and an Agile development approach.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with JIRA / Confluence (user knowledge).
• Ability to write detailed software specifications.
