Ancillaries Performance Lead: Data-Driven Growth

TUI Cruises GmbH is seeking an Ancillaries Performance Specialist to transform raw data into clear insights that drive commercial growth across our global operations. You will lead reporting and analysis of ancillary product performance across all channels and touchpoints, using data to support decision-making and strategy.

You will develop dashboards and automated reporting to monitor revenue, conversion, uptake and margins, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize product packaging,
