Summary: This position assists with the day-to-day administration of health, welfare, and retirement programs for approximately 650 employees across UK, Ireland, Scotland, Romania, and Middle East locations. The role involves working closely with the Lead Analyst to deliver comprehensive benefit and wellbeing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Administer healthcare and retirement/pension plan enrollments, allowances, and perquisites, coordinating with the Darwin Benefits Administration platform and payroll for employee contributions and taxation. Support annual renewals and new initiatives.
- Manage payments to external vendors across all of EMEA.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefit-related issues and questions. Advocate on their behalf with brokers or providers for complex issues.
- Establish relationships with internal departments, act as a liaison, gather ideas, and sponsor wellbeing events. Create and deliver educational sessions, including new hire presentations for the HR team.
- Handle special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Preferably 1 year of relevant experience.
- Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels, both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and experience with Workday, UltiPro, and Darwin Benefits Administration.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
