Job Description :

Summary: This position is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day administration of all health and welfare, as well as retirement programs for approximately 650 employees based in our UK, Ireland, Scotland, Romania, and Middle East locations. The role will work closely with the Lead Analyst on the daily delivery of our comprehensive benefit and wellbeing initiatives.

Responsibilities will include:

  1. Daily administration of healthcare and retirement/pension plan enrollments, allowances, and perquisites, coordinating Darwin Benefits Administration platform windows and employee contributions/taxation with payroll. Assist in annual renewals and new initiatives.
  2. Manage payments to outside vendors across all of EMEA.
  3. Assist as a point of contact for employees with benefit-related issues and questions. Advocate for employees with brokers or providers when complex issues arise that require additional assistance.
  4. Establish relationships with other internal departments and act as a liaison within the company to gather ideas and sponsor wellbeing events. Create and execute educational sessions, including new hire presentations for the larger People (HR) team.
  5. Handle special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Successful candidates should have:

  • At least 1 year of experience preferred.
  • The ability to work effectively with employees at all levels, both independently and as part of a team, with enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet challenging deadlines and multitask.
  • Excellent skills in all Microsoft Office programs and working knowledge of Workday, UltiPro, Darwin Benefits Administration.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and prioritize in a fast-paced, loud environment.
