Analyst

Reports to: Brighton Ventures Directors
Exempt Status: Salaried Exempt

Overview: Analyst responsible for supporting all activity related to both new and existing investments. Analyst will work closely with a small team and report to Directors.

Major Responsibilities

• Gather and organize data.
• Utilize data for forecasting and reporting.
• Prepare investor reports.
• Understand and improve internal processes.
• Be a team player.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook software programs.
• BA, BS, or similar degree (i.e. Accounting/Finance/Economics)
• Prior industry-related internships related to real estate, accounting private equity or banking.

Physical Demands

• May be required to perform occasional light physical labor (e.g., paperwork).
