This role is ideal for someone with a qualified accountancy background (ACA or equivalent) who's already made the move into deals (Transaction Services or similar) and is eager to take the next step in a more hands-on, strategic environment. You'll receive close mentorship from experienced advisors and take on work that shapes the future of ambitious, high-growth businesses.
You'll be involved in:
- Supporting shareholders and management teams through sale, investment, and growth transactions
- Analysing business models, financials, and value drivers to inform strategic decisions
- Building financial and operational insight to influence negotiations and outcomes
- Producing client-ready documents and presentations that shape transaction strategy
- Working side-by-side with leadership in a collaborative, fast-paced team
What they're looking for:
- ACA-qualified (or equivalent) with c.1 year in Transaction Services or a similar deals environment
- A self-starter with clear leadership potential, charisma, and the ability to engage and inspire
- Highly coachable, eager to learn, and driven to build a successful career in M&A advisory
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and taking initiative in high-stakes situations
