What you'll do:

• Design sophisticated analog and mixed-signal circuits that meet demanding architectural and technical specifications.
• Collaborate on architectural definition and chip integration, seeing your designs come to life.
• Perform in-depth simulations (pre- and post-layout) to ensure flawless block performance, with a keen eye on Design for Test (DFT) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
• Partner closely with Layout Engineers to optimize and validate circuit layouts.
• Document your work thoroughly and lead design review meetings.
• Actively participate in chip bring-up, evaluation, and characterization, ensuring your blocks perform as expected.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Characterization, Test, and Application Engineers to resolve any circuit-related challenges.

What you'll bring:

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with an excellent academic record.
• Proven silicon experience through published research projects.
• Strong command of CMOS circuits and noise analysis.
• Design expertise in one or more of these analog blocks: Integer-N/fractional-N PLLs, Temperature sensors, Sigma-delta ADCs, Analog/digital filters, Differential/cascode amplifiers, Low-noise buffers, High-speed output drivers, Sub-threshold circuits, Low-noise regulator/bandgap circuits.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, VerilogA, and Cadence analog design tools.
• Ability to guide critical circuit layout.
