An Integration Service Advisor at 80% to 100%

Orif is present in French-speaking Switzerland with 10 advisory sites. For our Service - Western region - Vaud, we are looking for: service advisor 80% to 100% Responsibilities: Search for internship positions, company placements, apprenticeships, and jobs. Prospect the job market, offer job placements, advise beneficiaries in their journeys, and assist beneficiaries in their professional procedures, particularly through support with their application files and the proposal of job search training sessions. Ensure employers and beneficiaries receive professional support and follow-up at the internship or work site. Develop and maintain contacts with companies in the Western Lausanne region, Grand Lausanne, La Côte, Chablais. Provide beneficiaries with follow-up and assistance on professional and social aspects. Collaborate with various partners (beneficiaries, OAI, social action, employment service, employers, etc.). Profile and qualifications: Professional experience in the social field and/or higher education in professional integration and/or social fields (ideally a federal diploma or CAS) or equivalent experience. Ability to prioritize, flexibility, and capacity to manage stress. Strong writing skills in French required. Good command of standard office tools. Good knowledge of the economic fabric of the canton of Vaud, particularly in the Western Lausanne region, Grand Lausanne, La Côte, Chablais. Ability to work with individuals in difficulty. Ease in contacts, good listening and analytical skills, ability to synthesize, and work within a multidisciplinary team. Good knowledge of the social welfare and insurance professions.
