As Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the Restaurant Manager in the smooth day to day running of the restaurant, helping to maintain excellent standards of service while creating a positive environment for both customers and staff.

You'll play a key role in supervising the team, supporting colleagues with day to day staff issues, and ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently during busy periods.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Restaurant Manager with daily operations
• Supervising staff and dealing confidently with day to day staff issues
• Leading by example to deliver excellent customer service
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and health & safety
• Supporting and motivating the team during busy service periods
• Working independently when required in a fast paced environment
• Promoting teamwork, flexibility, and a positive working culture

Previous supervisory experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, confidence in handling responsibility, and a genuine interest in customer service and people management.
