Ames Taper

We are currently seeking an experienced Ames Taper Immediately to join our team for ongoing work in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drylining and finishing, with the ability to deliver high-quality results on commercial and/or residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taping and jointing plasterboard using Ames taping tools
• Applying finishes to a high standard, ready for painting
• Sanding and smoothing surfaces
• Identifying and correcting any imperfections in drywall finishes
• Working efficiently to meet project deadlines
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Ames Taper / Drylining Finisher
• Skilled in the use of Ames taping tools and equipment
• Ability to produce high-quality finishes with minimal supervision
• Good attention to detail
• CSCS card (preferred/required depending on site)
• Own tools
