Ambitious Sous Chef: Lead Opening & Kitchen Team

Baresca Nottingham is seeking an experienced, driven Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in opening and running the kitchen. This hands on leadership role rewards standards, consistency, and team development while delivering food to brand specification from day one.

You'll lead service in the Head Chef's absence, help recruit and train a strong kitchen team, manage ordering and costs, and ensure allergen and food safety compliance as well as a 5 EH rating.
