Ambient Store Manager: Drive Availability & Customer Experience

ASDA is seeking an Ambient Manager in South Shields to oversee the Ambient department and ensure excellent shop-floor standards. You will drive availability, coach a team, and lead the shrink agenda while maintaining safety and legal compliance for customers and colleagues.

You'll plan trading activity, deliver strong metrics, and develop your team, creating a culture of service with personality and accountability across the store.
