Job Description
Who we are looking for

We are looking for a candidate with experience in delivering relationship and commercial capacity in outsourced Technology and/or Service provision offerings within the Investment Funds or Asset Management Industries.
Key responsibilities include maintaining the strategic relationship with the client's C-level, acting as the customer's trusted advisor and facilitating strategic dialogue with Amundi Technology.
You ensure customer satisfaction and the achievement of their objectives on the platform. You are responsible for the up selling and cross selling of customer portfolios between Amundi Technology's various offerings (ALTO Invest, ALTO Asset Servicing, ALTO Wealth Management).

What you will be responsible for Primary Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a relationship of trust with customer C-levels, enabling you to establish the success plan and sales strategy for each account. Contribute to the commercial development of portfolios, and to the achievement of commercial objectives, in line with the development plan.
  • Analyze customer requests, proposing appropriate solutions with the help of Products and business lines, with a view to continuous improvement.
  • Work in close collaboration with ALTO Customer Support, for whom you will be the first level of escalation for the follow-up of customer requests and tickets.
  • Know the profile of the customers within your scope and regularly update customer information, giving you an overview of their strengths and areas for development, as well as their level of satisfaction, by keeping a customer weather report at regular intervals.
  • Coordinate the monitoring of the quality of Amundi Technology's services by preparing and chairing customer committees (Quality Committees, ad hoc monitoring committees), ensuring the timely production and reporting of KPIs with the teams concerned, and the financial implications.
  • Ensure completion of due diligence questionnaires with the help of the business lines and the Customer Support team.
  • Follow up invoicing according to the frequency and agreements specific to each customer, take part in the invoicing follow-up committee and act as a relay for the Accounting team.
  • Feed customer data and visit reports into the CRM tool.
  • Update the customer's KYC (Know Your Customer) file, collect all documents from the customer, and enter the information into the tool.
  • Negotiate and coordinate all aspects of the contractual relationship with the customer, from taking over the file after Sales has onboarded the customer, to launching new products.
