Alternative Funds Tax Senior Manager

Overview

This Senior Manager role is part of a rapidly growing Alternative Funds Tax practice that works across private equity, venture capital, hedge funds and real estate clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance and advisory work across the full life cycle of fund work, including investor reporting, fund structuring, transaction analysis and advisory support.
• Collaborate with specialist teams on complex technical matters and high value transactional tax work.

Qualifications

• CTA / ACA / CA qualified.
• Strong sector expertise within Alternative Funds, Hedge Funds or Real Estate.
• Excellent people management experience and readiness to lead a busy, high performing team.
