All-Age Commissioning Director

Herefordshire Council is seeking a Service Director All Age Commissioning to lead cross sector commissioning and transformation for adults, children and communities. The role focuses on strategic policy, market development and sustainable care models across Herefordshire's care system.

The successful candidate will drive the Big 4 transformation, deepen partnerships, embed digital approaches, and expand personalised support while ensuring financial sustainability and excellent resident outcomes.
