Alabaré - Wellbeing Practitioner - Mental Health, Salisbury

Overview

As a Wellbeing Practitioner you will work as part of a new community-based service. You will be based in each area delivering a hybrid of community and remote support, working remotely with each other to scope and develop the model. The service is focused on supporting people from 16yrs upwards across Community, Primary and Secondary care pathways.

Working pattern

• Hours: 30 hours per week (22.5 considered) worked over evenings and weekends between 15:00 - 23:00.

Pay and progression

• Hourly rate: £15.86 rising to £16.82 after probation
• Annual salary - based on 30 hours per week £24,741.60 rising to £26,239.20 after probation
