Key responsibilities include working closely with the Éalú manager to oversee the running of the facility, supporting the team in their roles. Ensuring an enjoyable and seamless experience for guests & members throughout.

• Oversee facility operations and support the Leisure Manager.
• Manage revenue and spending control.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and team leadership.
• Assist in team training and development.
• Support sales strategy for membership growth.

Professional Qualifications

• Fitness & Water based certification
• Pool Plantroom Operation certification.
• Experience in training team members
• Microsoft 365 skills

Previous Employment Experience

2yrs plus in Leisure & Hospitality
