Airport Store Supervisor - Lead Sales & Service Excellence

Hamleys PLC at Heathrow Airport is seeking a proactive Supervisor to join the store team. You will support the Management in running the store and lead a motivated team to deliver the Hamleys customer experience.

You will drive sales, coach staff, manage KPI targets, and uphold the highest standards of service and store presentation across all shifts. Previous supervisory or retail experience is desirable; you may deputise for the Assistant Manager and ensure smooth operations and exceptional
