Airport Retail Supervisor - Lead Customer Experience

Lagardère Travel Retail at Heathrow is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, lead the sales team to meet targets, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced airport environment. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, handle escalated inquiries, train new team members, and maintain visual standards.

Face-to-face interviews are planned for August 10th and 11th; attendance is required.
