Airport Head Chef - High-Volume Kitchen Leader

The Wright Group is seeking a Head Chef for Dublin Airport Terminal 1 to lead a high-volume kitchen team, ensuring outstanding service for travelers from all backgrounds. You will oversee menu planning, food safety and HACCP compliance, and work closely with the Executive Head Chef to deliver quality at speed in a busy airport environment.

You will manage inventory, supplier relations, and staff training across shifts, including early start times, with Garda Vetting required.
