Airport Front-of-House Team Leader

Swissport International AG in Edinburgh Airport is seeking an Airport Team Manager to lead daily operations and deliver performance against customer targets. You will motivate staff, ensure safety, and uphold company procedures and standards.

You will oversee planning, KPI monitoring and resource management, while building strong relationships with supervisors, unions and customers to drive profitability and continuous improvement across the station.
