Your challenges: The IT Product and Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of IT products and managing projects from initiation to completion, in a large functional scope (Quality, Procurement, Security).This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring the development and delivery of innovative IT solutions on time, within scope, and within budget.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both product management and project management principles, with the ability to balance strategic vision with detailed execution. Key Responsibilities: Product Management: Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and drive product development. Develop user stories, specifications, and workflows for new product features and enhancements. Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and iteration. Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, BA, etc.) to ensure successful project delivery. Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that arise during the project lifecycle. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and potential risks. Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for product stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals. Work with business leaders and IT teams to ensure product and project requirements are met. Manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders. Process Improvement: Continuously improve product management and project management processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies that can improve product and project delivery. Your profile: Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager, Project Manager, or similar roles in an IT-focused environment. Strong understanding of both product development and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA) and product management platforms. Familiarity with software development processes, IT infrastructure, and cloud technologies. PMP, Scrum Master certification, or other relevant certifications (preferred). Not a 100% match?
