Air Passenger Rights Investigator

The Irish Aviation Authority (IAA) is seeking a capable analyst to join the Air Passenger Rights (APR) team in Ireland. You will manage cases under Regulation 261/2004, assessing evidence and preparing responses for passengers, airlines, and airports with high regulatory standards.

Working to KPIs, you will liaise with NEBs, maintain records, and support annual reporting, ensuring timely and accurate case handling while upholding fairness and transparency for consumers and aviation stakeholders.
