Salary: £26,000 - £29,000

A well-established international logistics provider is looking to recruit an Air Export Coordinator to join its specialist airfreight team. This role focuses on managing time-sensitive, high-care shipments and delivering a seamless experience for customers throughout the export journey.

You will be responsible for coordinating export movements from enquiry through to departure, acting as the main point of contact for clients and ensuring all shipments move safely, compliantly and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quotations, guidance and shipment information to new and existing customers
• Plan and coordinate export shipments from start to finish
• Manage daily communication with clients via phone and email
• Book airline space and prepare export documentation
• Liaise with third parties including handling agents and service providers
• Ensure compliance with airline and destination country requirements
• Maintain accurate records and deliver high service standards throughout each shipment

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience within freight forwarding, exports, airfreight or customs
• Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure
• Customer-focused and professional approach
• Confident managing sensitive or high-value shipments
