Location: Wimbledon

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Air Conditioning Improver to build their knowledge and advance towards becoming a fully qualified engineer.

What you'll be doing:

As an Air Conditioning Improver, you'll support senior engineers in the maintenance and servicing of air conditioning and HVAC equipment across the site. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with planned and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems

• Supporting service and repair work on splits, fan coil units, AHUs, and VRF/VRV systems

• Performing filter changes, cleaning coils, and carrying out basic system checks

• Learning fault-finding techniques and assisting in remedial works

• Maintaining safe working practices at all times

• Accurately completing service reports and documentation

What we're looking for:

• Experience as an Air Conditioning Improver or previous exposure to HVAC systems

• NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or currently studying towards it)

• F-Gas certification (preferred but not essential - training can be provided)

• Eagerness to learn, develop, and progress

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

• Basic understanding of site safety and compliance
