Air Conditioning Engineer

You'll be working with a tight regional patch from Liverpool to Leeds, and trusted to manage your own schedule across planned and reactive maintenance. It's a role that suits engineers who know their stuff, want to work independently, and appreciate clear structure, solid backing, and a package that genuinely rewards performance.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be servicing, maintaining, and repairing VRVs, VRFs, splits, CRAC units, and chillers across commercial client sites. The work includes both routine maintenance and more involved diagnostics, backed by a strong operations team and digital systems that keep admin efficient. You'll be part of a light 1-in-8 callout rota, and support is always at hand when you need it.

What You'll Need

• F-Gas Category 1
• Strong background with VRV/VRF and split systems
• Full UK driving licence
• Confident working solo and completing reports digitally
• Bonus if you've got experience with chillers or AHUs
