Salary: £45,000 D2D
Location: Liverpool - 50 mile radius

What's on Offer:

• up to £45,000 salary - paid door to door

• Core working hours: 08:00 - 17:00

• No emergency callouts (may be introduced later)

Location:Based in Liverpool, covering sites within a 50-mile radius. Current clients include offices, landlords and tenants, and the real estate sector. This may expand as the business grows.

The Role:We're expanding our M&E services off the back of long-standing fabric and reactive maintenance contracts. You'll be responsible for:

• Planned preventative maintenance and reactive HVAC work.

• Supporting the team with general PPMs and occasional small fabric repairs

• Travelling across the Northwest, predominantly within 50 miles of Liverpool

You'll mainly focus on your trade but will need to be hands-on and flexible to support the wider team as needed.
