Air Conditioning Engineer

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems across various commercial and industrial settings. Responsibilities

Install, commission, and test air conditioning units in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure systems operate efficiently and effectively.
Diagnose faults using schematics and technical manuals, then perform repairs or replacements of faulty components.
Repair and service various types of HVAC equipment, including chillers, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and system performance for compliance and future reference.
Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations and industry standards.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams.
Proven experience in equipment repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting within air conditioning or HVAC environments.
Knowledge of construction processes related to HVAC system installation.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to diagnosing issues.
Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
