We're proud to be partnering with a trusted client with over 30 years of industry success. This well-established engineering company, headquartered in the East Midlands, provides nationwide servicing and bespoke technical support to a range of commercial clients.

Due to continued growth, we're now looking for an experienced and reliable Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join their technical services team, covering primarily the Derby Area.

The Role

As part of the mobile team, you'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance, repairs, fault finding, and occasional installation of commercial air conditioning systems. You'll work across a variety of sites, supporting clients in sectors including retail, education, hospitality, and offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and reactive callouts on systems including VRV, VRF, and splits
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
• Complete minor installations where required
• Provide clear communication and technical support to customers
• Ensure accurate reporting to the Technical Services Manager
• Travel mainly across the East Midlands with occasional UK-wide travel

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (or equivalent)
• F-Gas Category 1 certification (essential)
• Strong background in commercial AC systems
• Electrical knowledge (advantageous)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Self motivated with a customer focused approach
• Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
