A busy logistics company is seeking an experienced Air & Sea Freight Executive to join a fast-paced operations team. This role suits someone organised, detail oriented, and comfortable managing shipments end to end.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments (air & sea)
• Manage bookings, rates, and transport arrangements
• Prepare shipping documentation and customs entries
• Liaise with clients, carriers, and agents
• Track shipments and handle queries
• Support invoicing and resolve account issues

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in air or sea freight operations
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
