AI/ML Engineer: Scale Models & Deploy AI

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models that solve real-world problems, drive automation, and provide data-driven insights to transform business operations.

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms tailored to specific use cases
• Work with large-scale datasets to extract features and build predictive models
• Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to streamline data pipelines
• Develop deep learning architectures using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Integrate ML models into production environments with APIs and scalable systems
• Research the latest AI trends and propose innovative solutions
• Tune hyperparameters to optimize model accuracy and efficiency
• Perform exploratory data analysis and data visualization for model evaluation
• Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Ensure ethical AI practices and reduce model bias
• Use NLP techniques for chatbots, sentiment analysis, and document classification
• Participate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies
• Maintain clear documentation of models, processes, and workflows
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner
