AI Transformation & Change Lead

Power Leisure Bookmakers Ltd is seeking a Change & Planning Lead Delivery Manager in Dublin. You will define and drive change strategies for the APEX programme, guiding adoption of AI-enabled tools and new ways of working in a fast-moving Agile environment.

You'll lead change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and reinforcement activities, coordinating across value streams to ensure practical, measurable outcomes and timely delivery.
