Salary: €65,000 - €90,000

Overview:
My client is hiring an experienced AI Tech Lead to shape the technical direction and lead architectural decisions across a series of AI projects. This role requires a hands-on leader who can engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring the smooth delivery of scalable and innovative AI solutions. Candidates with NVIDIA certifications will be strongly prioritised due to the GPU-focused nature of the work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the AI architecture and technical strategy
- Guide the team through best practices in AI development and deployment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align business needs with technical execution
- Review code, mentor engineers, and uphold engineering standards
- Stay current with the latest trends in AI/ML and apply them to projects

Requirements:
- Strong experience in AI architecture and model deployment
- Deep knowledge of Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Proven leadership in managing technical teams and projects
- Clear communicator with the ability to liaise with non-technical stakeholders
- Based in the EU with full working rights
- Candidates with NVIDIA certifications will be viewed as a strong advantage
