AI Solutions Architect
Salary: Up to 100k
Location: Dublin City Centre
Join a well established, forward thinking financial services firm undergoing a strategic AI evolution. They're rolling out enterprise-grade AI solutions at scale, supported by significant investment and a cutting-edge tech stack. You'll operate as a key technical authority, validating solution designs, shaping platform choices, guiding engineering teams, and ensuring AI and cloud solutions move into production cleanly and securely.
What you'll do- Independently review, challenge, and validate third-party AI/LLM solution designs
- Guide decision-making for platform architecture (Azure AI vs Snowflake AI)
- Support implementation of LLMs, agents, copilots, retrieval pipelines and cloud-based AI services
- Ensure solutions meet internal governance, security, performance and architectural standards
- Work closely with engineering teams to drive solutions from prototype to production
- Oversee deployment processes and ensure readiness for scale and operational support
- Identify and mitigate risks such as vendor lock-in or poor architectural design choices
- Collaborate with analytics, data engineering and cloud teams on data availability and modelling needs
- Strong background in software engineering
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft AI Foundry or agent-building frameworks
- Strong technical understanding of Snowflake, Snowflake AI/ML capabilities and data engineering patterns
- Experience implementing AI/LLM systems in production environments
- Ability to evaluate solution designs, spot weaknesses, and propose better alternatives
- Comfortable influencing technical direction and working across multiple engineering teams
