Responsibilities

• Discover client requirements and pain points to propose and configure tailored solutions.
• Architect AI Knowledge Solutions leveraging eGain product capabilities and architecture in the context of the client's tech stack.
• Develop and present technical proposals and sharp RFP responses.

Education and Experience

• 7 years of experience in developing AI based solutions for customer service/Contact Centers
• Proficient in AI, cloud-based solutions, APIs, and integration methodologies.
• Masters in AI/Computer Science.
