What you'll achieveAs anAI SecurityEngineer, you will be a member of our internal-facing, Cybersecurity organization with responsibility for contributing your advanced experience and technical skills intoDellsecurity infrastructure environment.Your focus will be on engineering AISecurity tools which will include engaging and collaborating with internal stakeholders, customers, partners, and vendors.
You will:- Implement and scale DevSecOps practices across the AI lifecycle, including automated security testing and policy-as-code enforcement
- Design, build, and operate secure CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML workloads
- Manage and secure cloud-native infrastructure for AI platforms using Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Bicep)
- Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to design secure, scalable AI architectures
- Continuously improve platform security posture by automating compliance checks and governance controls
- 7+ years' experience in Security/
- DevOps within large-scale public cloud environments (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP), including 1-3 years specializing in AI/ML security
- Strong understanding of AI, LLMs, Security, Cloud, and SaaS technologies.
- Experienced with developing security-focused developer tooling (e.g., SDKs, security libraries, guardrails).
- Knowledge of cloud security principles, IAM, and compliance standards across multi-cloud organisation.
- Expertise in Python, YAML, PowerShell, REST API, or other scripting languages
- Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoottechnicalissues.
- Strong Communication and leadership skills to drive results.
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information System or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- AI & Cloud Security Certification(s) - e.g., GCSA, OCA, OCP, CCSP, CCSK, AZ-500, SC-300, Google PCSE
- Practical experience with Application and Application Development
- Strong understanding of cloud and platform architecture concepts
- Strong knowledge of Cloud Networking technologies (VPC, DirectConnect, Transit Gateways)
