The main challenge?
Becoming the bridge between business, tech, and artificial intelligence. You'll manage end-to-end projects within the Export & Structured Trade COO area, working with Data Science, IT, MO & BO teams, and business stakeholders. You won't just coordinate - you'll transform the way international banking operates.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and deploy internal communication and project management strategies across cross-functional teams (COO MO/BO, tech, data science, business).
- Identify AI use cases that create real business value (no basic RPA rebranded as "AI").
- Translate business needs into actionable functional requirements for tech teams.
- Collaborate with IT and Data Science teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Analyze existing processes and propose improvements using AI and/or automation.
- Apply knowledge of AI fundamentals (ML, NLP, GenAI, etc.) in real business environments.
What You'll Need
- Previous experience working on AI or Data Science projects.
- Familiarity with tools/platforms like LOAN IQ (Finastra), Appian, BPM tools, Salesforce, or Dynamics 365.
- Analytical mindset and a strong focus on results.
- Excellent communication skills - explain complex tech to non-technical audiences.
- Bonus: experience with KOMGO or structured finance solutions.
- Fluent English.
