Job Description

Help us use AI to build a smarter, more profitable motor business.

We are looking for a commercially minded AI Project Leader to identify and implement AI and automation solutions across our business.

You will work across Vehicle Sales, Sales Administration, Online Parts, Service & Aftersales, Accounts, Administration and Used Vehicle Stock, finding ways to:

The Role

You will:

  • Identify processes where AI and automation can make a real difference.
  • Research and assess AI systems and technology
  • Lead projects from idea and testing through to implementation
  • Work with department managers and staff to introduce new solutions
  • Improve sales conversion, customer communication and retention
  • Reduce administration, errors and operating costs
  • Use data and AI to improve used vehicle pricing, stock turn and profitability
  • Measure the financial and operational results of every project.
The Person:

You don't need to be an AI engineer. We want someone who is curious, commercially minded, analytical and practical, with the ability to understand business problems and turn them into effective technology solutions.

Motor trade experience is highly desirable. Experience in project management, business improvement, automation, technology or data analysis would also be valuable.
