AI Outcomes Lead for Strategic Accounts

ThoughtSpot is seeking an AI Outcomes Manager in London to own the strategic customer relationship across the lifecycle. You will manage the outcomes plan, renewals, and expansions while coordinating with the AE on strategy and fielding executive-level conversations.

You will drive adoption of Spotter, Liveboards, Agents, and Data Apps, build joint outcomes with customers, and operate at the executive level to secure next steps and align product feedback with roadmap inputs.
