AI Operations Architect & Transformation Leader

Thanks Ben Ltd seeks a Head of AI Operations to own the company-wide applied AI transformation. You will partner with the founders, with authority and budget to reimagine operations, spanning customer operations, finance, people and commercial.

You'll replace slow manual workflows with scalable AI-enabled processes across the org. You will lead the design and adoption of AI-native systems, drive measurable improvements, and establish guardrails to ensure compliant, reliable AI across live work.
