You will lead a small, senior team, set architecture and engineering standards, and own production systems end-to-end in a fast-moving environment. You'll recruit, mentor, and grow engineers, define success metrics, and partner across the infrastructure org to drive reliability, security, and cost efficiency while scaling platforms to serve the firm globally.
