Reporting to the Head of Data, you will join at an early stage as a key hire in a high-visibility team with ambitious plans to build and scale AI capabilities using Copilot, Azure, and the wider Microsoft AI stack.

The business sees AI as a major strategic priority and has strong backing from senior leadership and the CEO to invest and move quickly. As one of the foundingAIengineers, you will lead the design and development of AI solutions, helping shape the technical direction while driving adoption and delivering real business impact. Excellent opportunity for an ambitious AI engineer who wants to play a leadership role in a company at the beginning of its AI journey. You will work alongside a high-performing data team with strong collaboration and learning opportunities.

This role will suit an experienced AI Software Engineer with strong ambition and an appetite for building something from the ground up. Experience with Azure, Python, and delivering impactful AI solutions will be key to success.
