Exciting opportunity for an AI Engineer to join a team building AI-powered voice systems for telephone-based customer interactions. The system listens to live calls, interprets conversations, guides users with prompts, and evaluates call quality in Real Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and lead development of voice/AI solutions
• Mentor developers and enforce best practices
• Collaborate with product teams to shape roadmaps
• Solve complex issues in call flow, latency, and voice agent performance
• Build specialized AI agents (eg, for suggestions, summarization)
• Ensure security, compliance, and reliability in deployments

Requirements

• 5+ years in Python; strong production system experience
• Full-stack expertise with Django, FastAPI, Flask
• Hands-on with generative AI, AWS, and conversational tools (Amazon Connect, Lex)
• Skilled in testing AI agents and flexible with models/frameworks
• Strong architecture skills: microservices, APIs, event-driven systems
• Deep knowledge of SQL/NoSQL data flows for Real Time use
