VOI is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner (Business Operations) to partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across markets, driving end-to-end recruitment for operations, policy and commercial roles. You'll leverage AI tools to hire smarter and reduce busywork, while delivering a stellar candidate experience.

You'll work with the People & Culture function and contribute to OkRs, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition in a fast-growing scaleup environment.
