AI-Driven Support Experience Product Manager

Stripe in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a Product Manager for Support Experience to improve Stripe's user facing AI agent, which handles 100k+ conversations weekly. You'll build agent capabilities, work with prompts, evals, skills and the tooling that shapes the conversational experience.

You will own ideation to delivery, partner with the Conversation UX and Platform teams, and define primitives for scalable AI interactions.
