AI-Driven Learning & People Enablement Lead

Hollybank Trustees Ltd is seeking a People Enablement Specialist who will own learning for the organisation, designing and delivering solutions that build skills across teams. You will partner with managers to drive performance, foster belonging and support payroll/benefits processes.

The role involves shaping company-wide training, using AI to accelerate content, and developing learning communities. The ideal candidate will have CIPD progress, strong communication, and HR systems experience.
