Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents that take real actions for real companies.
• Design how agents think-including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and overall architecture-leveraging AI/LLM technologies and the Agentforce platform.
• Collaborate with other Builders to architect, build, debug, and deploy high quality, scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
• Partner with clients to translate business challenges into agentic solutions, using consultative skills to ensure technology meets real world needs.
• Iterate, test, break, fix, and ship AI agents in a continuous loop, taking ownership of the work from day one.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
• Deep knowledge of large language models and prompt engineering; AI native.
• Fluent in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, object oriented programming and real time infrastructure.
• Can engage confidently with sales teams and customers, writing high quality code and evaluating AI outputs with engineering rigor.
• Thrives in collaborative, real time communication environments.
• Ready to grow rapidly, with a get things done mentality and relentless initiative.
• Excited to travel % of the time to work directly with customers.
• Fluency required in French and English.
